GSH Group has assisted Mountain Development Corp./Meritage Properties obtain an Energy Star for their 1 Garret Mountain Plaza facility. Since contract enrollment in 2007, GSH has improved the operating efficiency of the building by 50% in order to achieve the Energy Star label.
