Jonathan Rose Cos. and Lettire cut ribbon for Tapestry: A $64 million project

Co-developers Jonathan Rose Companies, LLC, and Lettire Construction Corp., held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 15 marking the opening of Tapestry, a 12-story, 185-unit apartment building located at the corner of 124th St. and Second Ave. A $64 million, mixed-income development, Tapestry represents a weaving together of economic, social and environmental responsibility. The building, which opened its door for residents this month, is on track to become area's first LEED Gold Certified rental residential development. Nancy Packes Inc., Signature Marketing Services is Tapestry's exclusive leasing agent. Pei Cobb Freed & Partners designed Tapestry's exterior façade and MHG Architects designed the interior.
