According to Kenneth Breslin, president of Breslin Realty Inc., Amanda Gordon, Robert Delavale and Beth Lamport completed the following transaction: Breslin Realty and TJX Companies completed a long-term lease with Home Goods, a division of TJX Cos. in Gardiner Manor Mall. Home Goods leased 25,500 s/f formerly occupied by Linens N Things. The power center has a total GLA of approximately 220,000 s/f. Tenants include a newly renovated Target, King Kullen, Old Navy, Staples, Barnes & Noble, Rite Aid, Modell's, Michael's, Chase Bank and more. Home Goods was represented by Lamport of Breslin Realty. The landlord, Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc., is exclusively represented by Gordon and Delavale.
