"Dan's background, experience and extraordinary record of achievement is ideally suited to successfully launching our new division," said L&L president Robert Lapidus. He said that L&L Residential also expects to be active in condominium development, conversions and note purchases. In addition to his development activities, Hollander also served as director of finance for Clarett Capital, LLC, the company's partnership with Prudential Real Estate Investors, and raised over $600 million in debt and equity investments in Clarett projects from third-party sources including construction lenders, union pension funds and private equity firms.
