Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has completed a 64,821 s/f direct lease for Piper Jaffray & Co. at 345 Park Ave. The investment banking firm signed a 10-year lease for office space at the 1.8 million s/f, class A office building. The tenant was represented by Lisa Kiell, managing director, and Barbara Winter and David Kleiner, senior vice presidents, all with JLL's New York office. Building owner Rudin Management Co. Inc. was represented in-house by Tom Keating. "Piper Jaffray was operating out of two separate offices in Manhattan and sought to consolidate its offices into one Midtown location," said Kiell. "Jones Lang LaSalle was able to locate appropriate space for the investment bank at 345 Park Avenue. The high-end office building was ideal for Piper Jaffray, given its great views of Midtown and superior service." Piper Jaffray signed for 64,821 s/f and will occupy the entire 12th floor and a portion of the 11th floor at 345 Park Ave., which is located between East 51st and East 52nd Sts. The investment banking firm is consolidating into the building from two separate Manhattan sites.345 Park Avenue - New York, NYLisa Kiell, Jones Lang LaSalleBarbara Winter, Jones Lang LaSalle
