Tabibnia and Farchi of Itzhaki Properties close $3.3 million sale

Manny Tabibnia and Barry Farchi of Itzhaki Properties recently co-represented Arper USA, Inc. for the purchase of a 4,000 s/f commercial Loft at 476 Broadway for their U.S. headquarters. The purchase price was $3.3 million.
