Eric Jacobov of GFI Realty Services, a diversified insurance firm, has completed the sale of 1171 and 1189 Warburton Ave., an assemblage in the Greystone area of Yonkers, for $6 million.
Jacobov represented sellers, Adam Ginsburg of GDC Properties and Dominick Loguidice as well as the buyer, Jose Espinal.
This 165,000 s/f property is located in a residential neighborhood, on the Hudson River.
"Yonkers is hosting one of the largest redevelopment programs in the New York City Metropolitan area with more than $3 billion in projected development," said Jacobov, senior broker at GFI Realty Services. "Espinal is planning the construction of luxury condos and rental units on the land."
The newly renovated Metro North train station is situated directly in front of the property, providing commuters a 25-minute ride to Manhattan.
Within a few miles of the property, residents have access to two regional malls and several large, grocery anchored strip centers.
