Winoker promotes Dayan to senior VP

Jonata Dayan has been promoted to the post of senior vice president at Winoker Realty Co., Inc., one of the area's leading full-service commercial real estate brokerage firms. Dayan is the exclusive leasing agent for 320 Fifth Ave. The property is currently 95% leased. Dayan specializes in both tenant and owner representation for the fashion, accessories and home textiles markets. Dayan's sub-specialty is commercial coops and condominiums. She launched Winoker's office condominium and coop division in 2005. Her clients include Bon Jour Capital, Mondani Accessories, the Basque Trade Commission, the National Council of Jewish Women, the Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts, Titanium Marketing, Tsai Realty and Felina Lingerie. Prior to joining Winoker in September 2001, Dayan spent fifteen years running the daily operation and showroom for a successful fashion-related manufacturing company. As a principal and Vice President of this corporation, she was responsible for overall operations which included a sales office in New York, an import/export department in Mexico and warehouse facilities in Los Angeles.
