Koo, Cho and De La Cruz of Exit Realty Landmark brokers 1,850 s/f

Exit Realty Landmark, a full-service real estate brokerage, has brokered a lease agreement between Hung Ry America and the landlord of 55 Bond St. The space comprises 1,200 of street-level and 650 s/f basement space. The proposed restaurant will serve an organic menu serving Chinese hand-pulled noodles and other asian cuisine. Both the landlord and the tenant were represented by agents from Exit Realty Landmark, namely Vincent Koo, Daniel Cho and Jesus De La Cruz. The five-year lease was inked at an undisclosed lease rate. The restaurant will deliver wooden trays, porcelain dishes, and flatware with an order, modeling its "room service" after restaurants in Asia. Deposits will be held for dishes and applied toward subsequent orders. Patrons will leave spent flatware and dishware out for pickup after the meal is had. Hung Ry America is steered by Amadeus Bogner, the former General Manager of Obeca Li, who also managed Centro Fly Nigh Club, Times Square Brewery, and Pizza Motorino. The Head Chef is Henry Lam who was a head chef at Kelley and Ping and sous chef at Obeca Li. Hung Ry is slated to open in Fall 2010.
