President's message: 7th annual Commercial R.E. conference - June 16-18

I am pleased to announce that the Seventh Annual New York State Commercial Real Estate Conference will be held June 16-18, 2008 at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona, New York.
The conference is sponsored by the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors the New York State Chapters of CCIM and SIOR and the Society of Exchange Counselors.
Please mark these dates on your calendar and plan to attend!
There will be several timely continuing education programs offered for commercial practitioners.
The conference will offer topnotch speakers, a marketing session with attendees from across the country, and world-class golfing.
This conference has become the best networking event of the year!

As the new year begins, I want to remind all Realtors that you are required to complete 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008.
The NYS Association of Realtors is offering a full day program which qualifies for 6 hours of NYS continuing education credit and satisfies theNational Association of Realtors mandatory ethics training for existing members.
