Delisle of Island Associates and Brody of Brody Realty secure 13,000 s/f CVS

Island Associates has assisted CVS with another store opening. The site consists of approximately 2+ acres located at 633 Merrick Rd. The property was a former car dealership (former King O'Rourke Cadillac and Lynbrook Cadillac). Roger Delisle of Island Associates represented CVS Drugs in this transaction, identifying the site as a filler for the community. This site offered over 220 ft. exposure and filled a void in the Nassau south shore of Long Island's market, not to compete with existing stores. The new site represents their new 13,000 s/f store with a double drive thru, offering convenience and exposure. Aggregate rent in this transaction was approximately $9 million over 25 years.
