Britvan of Commercial Realty Services runs Sports Brunch for Project Heal, donated over $10,000 in memorabilia

June 22, 2010 - Long Island
Project Heal recently held an event to help fund the treatment needed for Jessica, a 12 year old girl from Philadelphia who was 40 pounds under weight prior to contacting Project Heal for funds for treatment of her anorexia. The event educated many people who knew little about eating disorders and Project Heal was pleased that several attendees requested to help run other events that Project Heal will create. The event was a success in more ways then just raising money. Jack Britvan, president of Commercial Realty Services of Long Island ran the Sports Brunch and donated over $10,000 of sports memorabilia that was auctioned and raffled off. Also in attendance were Ed Kranepool, a former Met with the 1969 world champion Mets and Michael Kent an attorney from the Park Avenue Law Firm of Kent, Beatty, and Gordon.
