Liberty Mutual has renewed its lease two years in advance of expiration at Ten Bank St., according to Jeffrey Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building. Liberty Mutual, which extended its lease to 2015, will relocate within the building to a newly built 5,195 s/f space on the seventh floor. It is the firm's second renewal since tenancy began in 1997. "Malkin Properties emphasizes top-quality building management and tenant service at our trophy office buildings, and lease renewals are an important indicator of tenants' satisfaction," said Newman. "We are pleased to welcome Liberty Mutual to its new space at Ten Bank St." Malkin Construction will build out the new space for the tenant. Newman and senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino represented the landlord. Robert Shulman of CresaPartners represented Liberty Mutual.
