There was cause for celebration at a recent monthly luncheon of the Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Eighteen chapter members were recognized for their anniversary of becoming Certified Property Managers and/or Accredited Resident Managers with IREM. Frank Socci, CPM and chapter president said, "As I celebrate my 5th anniversary as a Certified Property Manager, I am in awe of those who have been committed to this fine organization for so many years. Each of us shares a few key things--extensive experience working in property and asset management; a commitment to education and most importantly strong integrity and ethics. This is what IREM is founded upon and it is also what sets us apart from the rest. I am honored to be a member of this great organization."
