Meet the ICSC Member: Jeff Kintzner

Jeff Kintzner has an extensive background in all aspects of real estate marketing, leasing and contract negotiation. He has worked closely with many national and regional retailers including Wal-Mart, Shop Rite, Macy's, The UPS Store, Tengda Asian Bistro, Just-A-Buck and Angel Tips Nail & Spa. Since 1998 Kintzner has brokered over 250 transactions throughout the tri-state area and has consulted on 125 "store within a store" leases throughout the country. From 1994-1997 Kintzner held the position of director of leasing for Macy's where he was responsible for leasing nearly 800,000 s/f throughout the east coast. Kintzner has received an MBA degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University and an undergraduate degree from Boston University. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Center and the Westchester County Board of Realtors.
