Meet the IREM Member

As a young boy growing up on Long Island, Andy Rosenwach couldn't wait to be old enough to go work for his father at Rosenwach Tank, Inc. installing and servicing wood and steel water tanks in the New York metropolitan area. "Working for my father was my only interest," said Rosenwach. And he's remained with the family company for the past 35 years. Rosenwach Tank was one of IREM NYC's first industry partners - they joined the organization in the early 1980s and have been strong supporters ever since. Rosenwach continues to be an active supporter of IREM because, "the organization is well founded in the ethics and education of real estate property managers."
