Andrew Udin is an associate in the real estate group at Arent Fox LLP. He practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing and general corporate transactions, including business consulting. He is a member of the NYS Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. His education includes: American University Washington College of Law, JD, 2002, and Binghamton University, BA (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), 1991.
