Phillips of Largo Group finances $1.15 million loan

Jack Phillips, managing director for the Largo Group of Cos., arranged $1.15 million in financing for a 14,673 s/f medical office building. The loan was structured as a five-year competitive fixed-rate loan and a 15-year amortization schedule.
