Over 300 of New York's top real estate brokers attended a reception on September 18, at the American Museum of Natural History to celebrate the launch of The Harrison, Related Companies new Upper West Side luxury condominium designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects LLP.
Guests, warmly welcomed by Related hosts, vice chairman, David Wine and president of Related Sales, Susan De Franca, entered the museum's dramatic Central Park West entrance into the soaring 100 foot, vaulted-ceiling Theodore Roosevelt Rotunda which features the world's tallest dinosaur installation as its centerpiece.
David Wine and Susan De Franca presented The Harrison to their guests and introduced Robert A. M. Stern, renowned architect of The Harrison, along with The Harrison sales team and Related marketing group.
The reception also celebrated the partnership established between The Harrison and the American Museum of Natural History. The Harrison will present each of its residents with an American Museum of Natural History membership entitling them to enjoy the numerous member benefits of programs, activities and exhibitions presented throughout the year.
The 132 residences at The Harrison are scheduled for spring 2009 occupancy.
