Wadler and Lopez of KDA lease 7,500 s/f

According to Neil Dolgin, executive VP of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a seven-year, 7,500 s/f lease of the entire one-story warehouse building at 85 Wythe St. in the North Williamsburg section for Colossal Media Group. Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez of KDA represented both the owner, Wythe, LLC, and Colossal Media Group.
