Solimine of Signature Partners brokers 14,400 s/f six-year lease for ACQC

Robert Solimine of Signature Partners, LLC brokered the lease for the AIDS Center of Queens County's (ACQC) new headquarters. ACQC's six-year lease is for the top two floors of the renovated 161-10 Jamaica Ave. The 14,400 s/f space was gut renovated and delivered as a turnkey solution for ACQC. Mike McMenamin of JRJ Metro Realty represented the landlord.
