The transaction was a joint effort between George Niblock, of Friedman-Roth Realty, who represented the buyer and Michael Edery of Paradigm Commercial Real Estate, who represented the seller. * 91 Fort Washington Ave. (645-657 East 162nd St.) was sold for a purchase price of $5.4 million. The corner property is a six-story elevator apartment building with 43 residential apartments. The property consists of 60,414 s/f and was originally constructed in 1920.
