Priceline.com Inc. has committed to a 69,882 s/f headquarters lease at River Park, a 412,000 s/f property located at 800 Connecticut Ave. David Block and Michael Siegel of CB Richard Ellis' Stamford office negotiated the long-term lease transaction on behalf of the building ownership, Carter & Associates A/A/F River Park Property Ownership LLC. Priceline.com was represented by Paul Kauffman of Cushman & Wakefield in the lease negotiations.
