Perry Miceli, managing director for the Largo Group of Companies, arranged $14.5 million in financing for Overlook Apartments located along Caughman Farm Ln. The subject is an eight-building apartment community that consists of 204 units. It was constructed during the summer of 2008 and is currently 93% occupied. The borrower received a sub 6% rate on a 10-year term with a 30-year amortization schedule.
