Meet the ICSC Members: Charles Urstadt

Charles Urstadt is chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of Urstadt Biddle Properties. He also serves as chairman and director of Urstadt Property Company, Inc. (a real estate investment corporation). Urstadt serves on several boards. He is vice chairman of Battery Park City Authority, a trustee of Historic Hudson Valley, trustee emeritus of Pace University, retired director of Putnam Trust Co. and retired trustee of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association.
