Admiral Real Estate closes seven lease deals in first quarter 2010

According to Admiral Real Estate Services Corp., it closed seven lease deals on behalf of its clients during first quarter 2010. Jonathan Gordon of Admiral represented both the owners and tenants in all of the below transactions except where otherwise noted. The leases encompass over 12,000 s/f of retail and office space in the Westchester County commercial districts of Bronxville, Scarsdale, Tuckahoe, Chappaqua and Mount Kisco. * La Dentelliere will be opening its third retail location at 65 Pondfield Rd. in Bronxville. La Dentelliere was represented by David Szabo of Goldschmidt & Associates. * Gourmet To Go will offer prepared foods for take-out, eat-in or events from its new location at the corner of Garden Ave. and Pondfield Rd. in Bronxville. * Scarsdale Pediatrics will be opening a new office at 7 Popham Rd. in Scarsdale. * Creative Touch Physical Therapy has opened its office at 1 Elm St. in Tuckahoe. * Also opening at 1 Elm in Tuckahoe is Heart Image. * Posh Nail Salon will be opening at 27 S. Greeley Ave. in Chappaqua. * With stores in Rye and Larchmont, Twinkle Toes will open its third location this spring at 153 Main St. in Mount Kisco, next to Bellizzi Pizza. Twinkle Toes was represented by Joan Simon of Friedland Realty. In February, Admiral also took on a new management client with properties on Palmer Avenue in Larchmont, New York.
