According to Sperry Van Ness (SVN), the firm has completed the sale of a Starbucks located at 2441 Watt St. for $835,300. Joseph French and Neil Golub of SVN in White Plains, represented the seller, a private company out of Latham, and the buyer, a private investor out of Flushing. The property is 1,650 s/f and sits on 1.30 acres.
