Real estate organizations / affiliations: NYCREW, AREW. What was the best decision that you made in the last year? It was the year of my creating yet another new company. After years of proven acumen in the commercial real estate industry and having successfully acquired properties both professionally and personally, it was time to encourage the less-versed investor to take the leap to diversify their investments to include real estate in their portfolio. But being somewhat prudent and conservative in my personal investing, I decided to create a real estate investment product using NNN properties that would be available to those not anxious to acquire headaches with their bricks and mortar. Thus, we could mitigate the investors need to manage property and still allow for good, consistent returns. I am passionate about managing this new fund.
