The Centric team made a decision to grow our business lines to include principal activities/investment advisory. We are currently working with investment companies to assess acquisition opportunities in the market. What obstacles have you overcome to get where you are today? Leaving the security and platform of a big firm like Staubach to open our own boutique tenant rep firm was certainly a big risk. We have learned, however, that our success and client satisfaction is driven by our high level of expertise, detail to client service and focus on bottom line savings. Savvy clients seem to value our experience and the results we achieve for them rather than a big brand name.
