SL Green's 100 Park Ave. finalist in ZEROprize Re-Skinning Awards

100 Park Ave., owned by SL Green and recently transformed into a virtually new, energy-efficient building through re-skinning and capital upgrades by the architectural firm of Moed de Armas & Shannon was the only NYC building, and the only U.S. building in its category (large commercial) to be named a finalist in the 1st annual ZEROprize Re-Skinning Awards sponsored by Zerofootprint. The building is LEED-Silver (Existing Building) certified and has also received BOMA's Office Building of the Year Award at the New York State, Mid-Atlantic Region and International levels.
