McVey named senior industrial engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff

William McVey has been named a senior industrial engineer in the New York office of Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), a global infrastructure strategic consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization. McVey has over 35 years of industrial engineering experience, with specialized expertise in railroad facilities. Prior to joining PB, he worked as the assistant chief mechanical officer in the maintenance of equipment and transportation departments of the Long Island Rail Road. His experience includes new shop and yard designs, shop equipment specification reviews and management of shop and yard operations.
