Montgomery County Business Development Center approves $500,000 loan

The Montgomery County Business Development Center approved a $500,000 loan to the Hill and Markes Inc. The term of the loan is 10 years at an interest rate of 3.25% The company will utilize the loan proceeds toward the construction of their new LEED Certified facility in the Florida Business Park Extension. This $11 million project will consist of the construction of a 100,000 s/f warehouse and adjacent 15,000 s/f office building.
