Dominic Pavia, president of Pavia Real Estate Services brokered two sales totaling $2.275 million and four leases totaling 10,759 s/f. The sales include the following:
* The $2 million sale of 141 New Hartford St. The property is a 104-room Ramada Inn. The buyer was Visions Hotels and the seller was Alexander Trust. Pavia represented both the buyer and the seller.
* The $275,000 sale of 9 Clinton St., New York Mills. The buyer was Tony Cristiano and the seller was Miga Auto Sales. Pavia represented the buyer and Pyramid Brokerage represented the seller.
Pavia also completed four leases at 421 Broad St., Utica. Pavia represented both the landlord, 421 Broad St. LLC, and the tenants. The leases include:
* A five-year, 3,675 s/f lease to Armlin, Damon and McMordie.
* A five-year, 1,936 s/f lease to Stieglitz Snyder Architecture.
* A five-year, 2,407 s/f lease to Christopher Wallace Esq.
* A five-year, 2,741 s/f lease to Pike Construction.
