Brady and Deal of Jack Resnick complete two 10-year lease renewals

Dennis Brady, executive managing director and Jonathan Dean, managing director of Jack Resnick & Sons have completed 10-year lease renewals for two full-floor tenants at its 22-story tower at 161 William St. The NYSPCC renewed its lease for the entire 11,245 s/f 11th floor. NYSPCC was represented by Mark Weiss and Nick Berger of Newmark Knight Frank. RBSD Architects renewed its lease for the entire 10th floor. The firm, was represented by Merrill Roth of Newmark Knight Frank.
