Goldsmith of Levin Management brokers 28,750 s/f lease to Christmas Tree Shops

Christmas Tree Shops has opened its newest store, occupying 28,750 s/f at Somerset Shopping Center. The 214,000 s/f center, leased and managed by Levin Management Corp., is now at 100% occupancy. The lease was arranged by Ethan Goldsmith of Levin Management.
