Primary Design was presented with "The Best Overall Leasing Campaign" award at the NAHB annual conference. The firm's marketing campaign was created for Avalon Morningside Park, a high-rise apartment community located in the Morningside Heights neighborhood of New York City. The Morningside Park development was the first major new residential construction in Morningside Heights in decades, making a notable contribution to the renaissance of the area, which borders Manhattan's Upper West Side and Harlem.
