Primary Design wins award from NAHB

Primary Design, Inc., a brand design and management firm, along with client AvalonBay Communities is the recipient of the National Association of Home Builder's (NAHB) Pillars of the Industry Award, which honors the best in multifamily design, from low-rise to mixed-use, in rentals and condos. The awards also showcase the best marketing campaigns and the industry's top developers and property managers. Primary Design was presented with "The Best Overall Leasing Campaign" award at the NAHB annual conference. The firm's marketing campaign was created for Avalon Morningside Park, a high-rise apartment community located in the Morningside Heights neighborhood of New York City. The Morningside Park development was the first major new residential construction in Morningside Heights in decades, making a notable contribution to the renaissance of the area, which borders Manhattan's Upper West Side and Harlem. Primary Design, Inc. has been in business for more than 25 years offering integrated design solutions using an interdisciplinary approach to ensure that clients have a consistent image, brand message and corporate identity.
