Premier Commercial Real Estate arranges four leases: 23,155 s/f total

Premier Commercial Real Estate (www.pcrellc.com) has completed four leases totaling 23,155 s/f. In the first deal, Jeffrey Jurick, director, and Jeff Schwartzberg, managing principal at Premier Commercial, closed on a 17,500 s/f flex/showroom space located at the newly renovated 50,000 s/f building at 170 Michael Dr. The new tenant for the space will be Stark Carpe. Jurick and Schwartzberg were the exclusive brokers in the transaction, representing both the property owner 170 Michael Drive, LLC and Stark. Jurick recently completed two leases for medical practices. Representing the new tenant, Leon Chiropractic Method and Health Solutions, Jurick closed on a long-term lease for 1,564 s/f at 195 Froehlich Farm Blvd., Woodbury. The owner, RXR, was represented by Carlton Wenz of RXR. At 165 Froehlich Farm Blvd., Jurick closed on another long-term lease on a 1,937 s/f space for Dr. Karen Schwartz, an endocrinologist. The owner, RXR, was represented by Carlton Wenz of RXR. In the last deal, Jurick brokered a new lease for 2,154 s/f on behalf of GYMGUYZ of Plainview. The office space is located at One DuPont Rd. and will help the leading in-home personal training company better manage its growing business. Jurick represented the tenant and the property owner, Brooke Realty Fairchild LLC, represented itself.
