NYSCAR to host annual conference at Rivers Casino & Resort in Schenectady on June 16 & 17

Albany, NY The New York State Commercial Association of Realtors’ (NYSCAR) annual conference will be taking place at Rivers Casino & Resort in Schenectady, on June 16-17.This event brings together top commercial real estate professionals and industry leaders from across the state for two days of networking, education, and insight into the future of commercial real estate.

The conference will feature a northeast regional marketing session led by Greg McLane, SEC from Texas. The marketing session is a fast-paced event, where brokers are provided the opportunity to present specific properties and opportunities to the attendees for possible transactions. It’s a great networking opportunity  to do business.

Education programs, including two panel discussions with industry experts will cover topics such as Wetland Regulations, the Cannabis Industry in New York State, Legal Update with Anthony Gatto, Esq. and a discussion on Business Structures, Tax Laws & Deductions with CPA Jeremy Cole.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage with industry experts, connect with peers, and explore new business opportunities.
