NCI Construction completes project for the Greenberg Group
According to Norman Rijo, president, NCI Construction, Inc. has recently completed office reconstruction for The Greenberg Group, Inc., at 1200 Broadway. The project involved the interior construction of office space that had been destroyed by fire. NCI provided general construction services consisting of extensive stonework and millwork, a custom reception desk, marble and granite flooring and full-height glass partitions. The scope of work also included coordination of the client's preferred vendors.
NCI spearheaded the project through the massive undertaking of rebuilding the once-existing office spaces lost to extreme fire damage that had destroyed the 1200 Broadway building. Since the fire damage extended beyond the Greenberg Group's office space, NCI had to facilitate coordination of their work with reconstruction work being done by the building's landlord, occurring simultaneously within the same space.
The Greenberg Group, one of the nation's preeminent real estate advisory companies, specializing in retailers, have since been able to reoccupy their office space.
