Mojo Stumer + Associates receives two NYC&G Innovation in Design Awards on September 20th; Also completes a new 10,000 s/f corporate interior for Arbor Commercial

NYC & G Innovation in Design Awards. NYC & G Innovation in
Design Awards.

Greenvale, NY Mojo Stumer + Associates was honored to attend the NYC&G Innovation in Design Awards on September 20th and received two awards that night. Their West Side Terrace project placed first in the landscape category and their penthouse project was the runner up in the architecture category.

Mojo Stumer wants to thank Cottage & Gardens and the editor in chief of NYC&G, Kendell Cronstrom.

Mojo Stumer also finished a new 10,000 s/f corporate interior for Arbor Commercial Mortgage at 333 Earle Ovington Blvd., Suite 900, Uniondale. This minimalist and contemporary 1,787 s/f office renovation which includes the executive floor of a two-story commercial mortgage office, forms a space that is as much a gallery for the owner’s personal art collection as it is a modern workplace.

White marble, paired with warm gray lacquer and stainless steel plate, establish a clean yet dynamic aesthetic, a simple palette on which to display bold works of paintings and sculptures.

Through frameless glass entry doors, the custom reception desk anchors the 1,633 s/f reception lobby, beneath a cabinetry ceiling with continuous linear LED lighting. Dark stained makore wood recesses into the ceiling and returns downward behind the floating glass panels of the client lounge.
