Mogull of Mogull Realty is proud of her career honors

Name: Kim Mogull Title: CEO Company/firm: Mogull Realty, Inc. Years with company/firm: 25 Years in field: 25 Years in real estate industry: New York Address: 303 East 57th St. Telephone: 212-286-5500 Email: [email protected] URL: mogullrealty.com Real estate organizations/affiliations: REBNY During the last 10 years of your career, which professional accomplishment, honor or achievement was most meaningful to you and why? What initially comes to mind are the following honors: Crain's 40 under 40, The NY Post's 50 Most Powerful Women and when Donald Trump asked me to write a chapter in his book, The Best Real Estate Advice I Ever Received. These achievements acknowledge my life's work and put me amongst accomplished professionals for whom I have tremendous respect. If I must choose one particular accomplishment, my contribution towards the transformation of The Meatpacking District is particularly rewarding. At a time when raw meat was still hanging in the streets, I represented The Gansevoort Hotel, Scoop, Catherine Malandrino and STK, all pioneers within that market. The Meatpacking District is proof that vision can become a reality - one that millions of people enjoy every year. Which project, deal or transaction was the 'game changer' in the advancement of your career during the last 10 years? Launching Mogull Realty with no investors, lenders or partners was a game changer for me. In business, it remains the biggest risk I've ever taken but one that continues to yield the most rewarding results. I will always owe a great deal of thanks to Donald Trump for strongly encouraging me to go on my own, becoming Mogull Realty's very first client and ultimately engaging Mogull Realty to represent his entire retail portfolio. How do you manage the work/life balance? I don't. I fail miserably at it every year. Where would you like to be 10 years from today? I can't say for sure where I'd like to be but I can say what I'd like to be...10 years younger.
