Brooklyn, NY MNS Real Estate (MNS) will lead leasing and marketing for Carmel Partners’ newest development Loden, located in Crown Heights.

“Loden brings an elevated standard of residential living to the heart of Crown Heights,” said Andrew Barrocas, CEO of MNS. “This development is thoughtfully designed to seamlessly integrate contemporary comforts and amenities with the vibrant culture and rich character of the neighborhood, creating a unique living experience that truly feels connected to its surroundings.”

Designed by Hill West Architects with interiors by Whitehall and MARKZEFF Design, Loden’s studio, one and two bedrooms offer a living environment that stands out for its design.

Drawing influence from the neighboring Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Prospect Park, the development maximizes green living with oversized windows to draw in natural light with added greenery  from the courtyard. The interiors combine finishes with forward-thinking design, achieving a balance that is both innovative and enduring.

Units come equipped with stainless steel appliances, satin nickel fixtures and door hardware, quartz countertops and backsplash, a stacked front-load washer and dryer, and wood-grain plank flooring. Custom European kitchen cabinetry is also available in two color palettes – the Grey Nordic and the Omlo Volta.

“Brooklyn continues to thrive as a hub for exciting new developments, offering residents the best of both worlds – breathtaking Manhattan skyline views paired with lush greenery and vibrant neighborhood culture,” said Lee Bloch, development partner at Carmel Partners. “We are proud to partner with MNS to introduce Loden as a standout addition to Crown Heights and the borough as a whole.”

Loden features an array of amenities that blend the indoor and outdoor spaces to create an ambiance of a luxury hotel. Most notable is the greenery of the courtyard that creates the ultimate city sanctuary for residents, along with the roof terrace that has views of the Manhattan skyline. Additional amenities include:

• Fitness center & yoga room

• Outdoor grills & seating, located at both the courtyard & roof terrace

• TV room

• Private dining room

• Game room

• Bike storage

• Pet wash

• Smart package room

• Lounge

• Garden room

• Co-working space

• Children’s playroom

• 24/7 concierge

• Tenant storage

Loden is designed to meet the high standards required for ‘Two Green Globes’ certification, aligning with its mission to champion sustainability and environmental responsibility. This commitment is evident in its focus on practical, measurable solutions for sustainable site development, water conservation, and energy efficiency.
