Metro Realty Services, LLC, closed the following eight deals during June totaling 83,750 s/f: * Mark Timpone of Metro Realty Services sold 4,000 s/f at 224 Herricks Rd., Mineola to Patrick Martin and Niamh Martin. Timpone represented the seller and buyer * Timpone leased 19,000 s/f at 27A Seaview Blvd., Port Washington to Tonsa Automotive. Timpone represented the landlord and Ray Finkelstein of United Realty represented the tenant. * Doug Donatelli and Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services sold 20,000 s/f at 35 Hoffman Ave., Hauppauge to Silverback Realty, LLC. Donatelli represented the seller and Hackett represented the buyer. * Donatelli and Nick Romano of Metro Realty Services leased 15,000 s/f at 1750 Arctic Ave., Bohemia to UniFirst Corp. Donatelli and Romano represented the landlord and Greiner-Maltz represented the tenant. * Romano sold 6,250 s/f at 701-7 Koehler Ave., Ronkonkoma to Capitol Restoration Dry Cleaners.
