Meet the USGBC Members: Kathleen Dunn & Eric Schlameuss

Kathleen Dunn, MBA, is an operational and financial management consultant with a special interest in sustainability and the clean tech economy. Throughout her career, Dunn has developed processes for increasing organizational capability in financial reporting, compliance management, departmental workflows, cost controls, project management, and staff development. She serves as treasurer of Soroptimist International of Nassau County, an international women's service organization dedicated to projects that benefit women and girls, is a board member of Northport HS Academy of Finance, and serves on the USGBG-LI Resource Development committee. With 11 years of experience with RXR, Eric Schlameuss is responsible for architecture in RXR's portfolio. Schlameuss has been project architect for projects including 1 Giralda Farms, the LI Marriott, and is currently working on projects at 1330 Avenue of the Americas. Schlameuss also has particular expertise in green building. For 4&6 Giralda Farms, he worked to secure precertification of LEED-CS Gold. Additionally, Schlameuss served as RXR's representative for the LEED-CI Silver fit out of the Forchelli Law Offices. Schlameuss is a director of USGBC-LI and a director of CANstruction LI.
