North Plainfield, NJ Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has appointed Jeanette Oliver as chief financial officer (CFO), adding another highly accomplished professional with decades of practice to its executive team. The firm is an established, vertically integrated commercial real estate services provider with a 125-property leasing and management portfolio.
Oliver has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate and development industries. She brings a wealth of finance and accounting expertise to her new role.

As CFO, Oliver will be deeply focused on the integrity of LMC’s financial reporting processes, with oversight of the firm’s finance, accounting, budgeting, credit, cash management and lease administration functions. Prior to joining LMC, she was chief accounting officer at Silverstein Properties Inc. and previously served as accounting director at Forest City Ratner Companies. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Post University and is proficient in industry-leading technology and software, including Yardi.
