Loeb & Loeb LLP real estate partner Michael Kinney represented the landlord, Moraveda Realty Corp., a privately-owned company, in a retail lease transaction that closed on Wednesday with tenant, Brookstone Stores, Inc. Brookstone, a nationwide specialty retailer, leased the entire building located at 142 West 34th St. This is Moraveda's first deal with Brookstone which expects to open a new store in the space - its fourth in the city. The property is located in Herald Square.
