Karl Fischer Arch. and Lessard Design Association design 45-unit VUE

VUE, Fairmont Capital and Katan Group's newest residential condominium, combines elegant features and finishes with views of the entire New York City skyline, the Statue of Liberty, the Verrazano Bridge, New Jersey, and Staten Island, to create a modern home in the burgeoning South Slope neighborhood. Designed by Karl Fischer Architects and Lessard Design Associates, the chic 10-story new construction building will boast 45 one, two and three-bedroom residences ranging in size from 671 s/f to 1,168 s/f.
