What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? As general manager of the Rochester district of Uniland Development. I am responsible for directing local office operations and activities, providing leadership to enhance the value of the Rochester portfolio and bear responsibility for all leasing and marketing activity for the 700,000 s/f of office space within the Rochester District. I am the recipient of the 2001 NYS Commercial Realty of the Year, the 1996 Greater Rochester Association of Realtors Commercial Realtor of the Year and past president of many commercial industry associations, including state president of NYSCAR, president of NYS CCIM chapter, president of NYS NAIOP chapter, to name a few.
