Jeffrey Gault of Perry Gault Management to be honored at BMAR Annual Banquet

Jeffrey Gault is being honored for his 25th year as a member of the Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors (BMAR) at their 87th Annual Banquet. Gault knew the real estate business would be his future when at the age of 13 he began working summers in his father's real estate office. He earned his real estate license at the age of 20, while attending college at the State University of Buffalo. Two years later he earned his real estate brokers license. He then became the fourth generation of the Gault organization in the real estate business. The family business at that time was focused on the management of apartment complexes primarily in the Bronx. But Gault was much more interested in deal making and sold ten apartment properties during his first year in the business. With the confidence he gained during that period, Gault shifted his focus from management towards the acquisition and sale of real estate properties. In the ensuing years, Gault sold more than 150 properties of all descriptions in the Bronx, Manhattan, New Jersey and the northern suburbs of New York City. Home is Rockland County where he resides with his wife Franci, and their daughters Brittany, Alexa and Danielle, who keep him at least as busy as his activities in the real estate business.
