Janover promotes Gagliardi and Hoffman to principals

New York, NY According to Janover LLC, their firm with the elevation to principals from senior managers for Christopher Gagliardi, CPA and Jason Hoffman, CPA.

Gagliardi has over 11 years of public accounting experience and has been with Janover since graduating from college. Gagliardi is a member of the firm’s assurance and quality control departments. His practice is focused on the construction and financial services industries. Additionally, Gagliardi provides CFO consulting services for middle market, public companies and is a leader in the plaintiff financing industry. 

Hoffman is recognized as a top tax and advisory professional in both the real estate and cannabis industries. He has over 15 years of experience in public accounting and has been at Janover for over two years. Hoffman is the leader of the firm’s cannabis industry group and is a member of the firm’s real estate department. Hoffman focuses on clients that need full service tax and advisory assistance. 

He takes his clients through all aspects of their business from initial structuring to sale or merger and everything in-between.
